RETURNS

Returns may be requested within 30 days after delivery.

Returned products must be:

• Unused
• In original packaging
• In resalable condition

Certain products may not qualify for returns due to hygiene, customization, or safety reasons.

REFUNDS

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

SHIPPING FEES

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the product and packaging.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

After shipment, our standard return policy applies.
